Terms of Service — Metis AI

These terms apply to this store (shopify.metisai.vip) and to all products sold here, including:

• AI Visibility Audit
• Storefront Care
• Storefront Growth

and any other digital products or professional services offered on this storefront.

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy and Shipping policy.

What you are buying

These are digital deliverables and professional services for brands. There is no physical product and no shipping of packages. Work is delivered by email or performed remotely, as described on each product page.

You do not need to install the Metis AI Visibility app to buy these products. Ongoing app scans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed separately in Shopify Admin and are not sold in this checkout.

Orders and payment

Prices are as shown on each product page. By paying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to purchase.

Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or store credit. Change of mind, unused deliverables, delayed kickoff on your side, or dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

After you pay, you keep work already completed. We do not take back a report already emailed or storefront work already delivered.

Your details

After checkout, send the details requested on the product page, typically: brand / company name, website or store URL (if you have one), and competitor names if asked. Delays in sending this information may delay delivery. They do not create a right to a refund.

Results

Audit findings and storefront recommendations depend on public AI systems and on your current site. We do not guarantee rankings, mention share, or sales.
