How delivery works

• Digital reports and documents (for example, PDF audits) are delivered by email to the address associated with your order, within the timeframe stated on the product page (or as otherwise confirmed after we receive required intake details).

• Storefront / service work is performed remotely and delivered according to the scope and timeline on the product page.

What we need from you

Timely delivery depends on you providing required information after purchase (such as website / store URL, brand details, competitor names, or access needed to complete the work). Delays in providing intake information may delay delivery; they do not entitle you to a refund.

No physical packages

We do not ship boxes, print materials, or other physical goods by default. Shipping times, carriers, and tracking do not apply to standard products on this store.
